Mimoyin ePTFE waterproof breathable membrane is made of high-performance expanded polytetrafluoroethylene material, designed to provide reliable IP-rated protection for electronic enclosures while maintaining stable air exchange. The microporous structure of the membrane blocks liquid water, dust and contaminants from entering the device, while allowing air molecules to pass through freely, which effectively equalizes internal and external pressure, prevents condensation, and extends the service life of sealed electronic products.
With custom die-cutting service available, our breathable membranes can be fabricated into various shapes and sizes to fit different housing designs. Widely used in outdoor electronics, automotive sensors, smart wearable devices and industrial equipment, it delivers long-lasting waterproof and pressure-balancing performance even in harsh temperature and humidity environments.
