Mimoyin acoustic vent membrane is specially developed for audio electronic devices that require both waterproof protection and high-fidelity sound transmission. Made of ultra-thin ePTFE base material with precision microporous structure, it effectively blocks water, dust and sweat while minimizing acoustic insertion loss, ensuring clear sound pickup and output for microphones, speakers and earphone components.
With acoustic loss controlled within 1dB in most frequency bands, our sound-permeable membrane maintains original sound quality while providing IP67/IP68 level protection. It is widely applied in TWS earphones, smart speakers, car audio systems, hearing aids and other acoustic products, supporting custom die-cutting according to customer's acoustic cavity design.
