The earpieces of mobile phones, tablets and smart watches are often exposed to sweat, rain and mist. Ordinary dust nets cannot block liquid, and water vapor entering the cavity will cause distorted sound, noise and short circuit damage.
Mimoyin earpiece waterproof sound permeable membrane is made of ultra-thin ePTFE acoustic microporous material. It realizes IP67 waterproof and dustproof while transmitting sound waves without loss, avoiding muffled sound and volume attenuation.
The film is thin and flexible, can be laminated with strong double-sided adhesive, and supports round, oval and special-shaped die-cutting. It fits the narrow mounting slot of the earpiece without occupying internal space.
The product resists sweat corrosion and high-low temperature aging, maintains stable performance under long-term sweating and rain exposure, and passes RoHS environmental test.
